of the total investment (32.5 billion Korean won, or US$27
million)

stakeholder of 20 percent of the Development Company after
committing 10 billion Korean won (US$8.34 million). Providing
administrative assistance to Project, particularly in area
of land acquisition

Korea Development Bank: Contributed
7.5 billion Korean won (US$6.25 million) for a 15 percent
stake. Has granted the Project low-interest loans worth a
total of 110 billion Korean won (US$92 million)

- The Techno Valley is located 150
kilometers from Seoul and is accessible to every corner of the
country within two hours through the excellent system of expressways
that serves the region

Speed Railway, the traveling time to Seoul will be reduced to

- The Valley is one kilometer from
Daedeok Valley IC and two kilometers from Sintanjin IC

Foreign Investors in Daedeok Techno Valley
- A residential area has been set
aside for foreign corporate personnel and their families with
the Techno Valley
- Adjacent to the residential area
will be a guest house, leisure and commercial amenities
- A one-stop administrative assistance
center will be built inside the Techno Valley
- A fully accredited international
school will cater to the educational needs of the children of
foreign personnel. The School will all offer all grades from kindergarten
through to senior high school
